I understand and agree that any unauthorized commercial use and/or duplication of The American Yoga Academy’s Online Yoga Teacher Training courses’ content, course materials, audio and/or video recordings, images, or any parts thereof is strictly prohibited and forbidden by federal law. I agree to pay The American Yoga Academy the total price of tuition, as advertised on today’s date, in exchange for access to the Yoga Teacher Training course. Payments are non-refundable. Furthermore, I promise to hold harmless The American Yoga Academy, Claire Diab, Martha Kein, and The American Yoga Academy staff for any and all matters that may arise as a result of instruction.
